With a Master's in Instructional Technology and Design from the University of Alabama and over a decade of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and training facilitation, I specialize in creating innovative, user-focused learning solutions that align with organizational goals.

My expertise spans a range of tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and MadCap Flare, enabling me to design engaging and effective courseware for diverse formats—Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and eLearning modules. Whether working with subject matter experts to develop technical training materials or conducting live training sessions, I am committed to delivering high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
